You'll be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Once you've received your "It's Arrived” email please collect your order from your chosen store within 14 days. Your order number must be produced by you or the person you have nominated to collect on your behalf. If you placed your order instore and do not collect your order within 14 days, your items will be sent back to our Distribution Centre and we will issue you with a refund card which can be spent in any River Island store, online or on our App. If you placed your order online or through our App and do not collect your parcel within 14 days your items will be sent back to our Distribution Centre and we will process a refund to the card used to place the order. If a payment card was not used a member of our customer service team will contact you.

澳门皇冠真人In the event of a local lockdown, If your store has to temporarily close we will keep your order safe and have it ready for you to collect when we are able to re-open.

This service is currently available at stores in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland will vary depending on the store selected. We will confirm the expected delivery date at checkout when you place your order.


Deliveries will take place between 8am and 10pm and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". However River Island are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

Deliveries to the UK

When your order is despatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.

Deliveries outside the UK

When your order is despatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email. If we have sent your order via courier, this email will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.

Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable. If your parcel has been sent via an international postal service, we'll let you know this in the despatch confirmation email we send you.

Problems with your order

My order hasn't been delivered

If we're unable to locate your parcel, we will send you a ‘Missing Parcel Claim Form’ to sign and return, which will act as a declaration of your claim. Upon receipt of your declaration we will investigate the claim and advise you of the outcome.

Faulty item in order

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please return it to us to assess.

Incorrect or missing item in order

If you have received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please Contact Us with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message, as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.
